Abstract: This article proposes a methodological approach aimed at providing psychosocial care for adolescents who have committed sexual offenses against children and/or other adolescents. This type of psychosocial intervention has been offered since 2009, within the scope of the State Health Secretariat of XXX, more specifically by XXXX (XXXX), run under XXX (XXX) of the XXXX Region. This paper proposes a framework of a family-based health care approach to these individuals, acknowledging these adolescents as subjects of rights in development, with intense interdependence among family members. This material is thought to be transformed into an invaluable booklet aimed at healthcare professions, providing a detailed description of the psychosocial interventions in a group format, with the goal of equipping them to drive changes in healthcare practices. The practice of this methodology has been developed in accordance with the principles of the Brazilian Unified Health System and has proven to be viable in the process of holding the target group accountable, as advocated by the Brazilian Statute of the Child and Adolescent.
