Abstract

The importance of digital preservation for document management is perceived in line with the principles of information security. It identifies the norms related to document management, particularly within the scope of the Public Prosecutor's Office, listing the institutional document management systems used in the MPDFT. Revises the national regulatory framework in search of updated guidance on digital preservation and the implementation of reliable archival repositories. It presents concepts and characteristics of the Reliable Archival Digital Repository, as well as Conarq guidelines. Next, it addresses the platforms implemented by public agencies, describing implementation experiences in the context of the judiciary. As a result, it lists contributions to the implementation of the RDC-Arq in the Public Ministry of the Federal District and Territories.
